100th post, not.

So honored eh, the 100th post for the last day of the year. [I realized its the 97th post, cos of some I-wonder-what's-that drafts.]

2009 has been a cruel year to me. Really cruel. The two taps seems to be open daily, especially the second half of the year. Even on the very last day of 2009, many are suffering. Seriously. Why must this year be a year of obstacles for us. Of course, we had our ups, but we sink even deeper each time with the downs.

I don't wish for a smooth sailing 2010. I just wish for every one, every every one, to be safe and sound. Those who are healthy and well, keep that up and take great care of yourselves. For the others, get well REAL soon and become healthy as before.

Week 2, start!

Unfortunately, Week 2 of school has begun. I already have 2 project meetings tomorrow and more to decide. Shucks. Sorry for being lazy and not blogging!

Japanese lessons were interesting; Mr. Kenji is a funny guy. X) It's not that his English is bad, it's just the pronunciation of certain words. E.g. Neighbour = Navel. For almost every time, he starts his sentences with "Ja". So it's like, "Ja, now we move on to the *blahblahblah*." Lucky us that he is not a super strict guy. Btw, he uses some singlish, "ulu ulu one", "kantang is the potato!", etc. I find myself looking forward to Jap lessons despite the fact that we'll have quizes every week, I think?

I need to work hard this semester!

I just watched Wallllll-eeeee. I liked it, a lot, in fact. A simple, yet touching, story of the relationships between humans, robots and Earth. It makes me wonder what life will be like 700 years later. Oh well. ;)

Burn-e was cute too; it came along with the DVD I rented. Presto was funny. I like Alec. Such vivid portrayal of expressions so similar to human. I wonder if I will be able to create something so wonderful in the future. Oh well.

Growth Spurt.

Hectic week is over. Tomorrow is the start of a new hectic week. Oh well!

I didn't even get the chance to go near my lappie yesterday.

Schedule: work, shopping, dinner, pub.

Work was tiring, obviously, since it was a Saturday.

Shopping with Yanhong and Shili was quite interesting~ Debates over whether to buy stuff or not and controlling someone from looking at 'non-covered toe' shoes was funny. HA!

Dinner wasn't that good, fattening meat argh. I didn't mind the free side dishes from one of my colleagues though. Hurhur!

Pub was like the previous time; stoning, watching adults drink to their madness, cheering when they finished a drink in one-go, listening to the songs and singing along without a microphone, watching them play drinking games blah blah. Hello Kitty was overpowering; we gave our boss a mini Hello Kitty mahjong set, a Hello Kitty phone and a Hello Kitty cake, which was damn freaking SWEET. Urgh. It's quite interesting how much people change when they get drunk and they puke. Double urgh. Haha! Kind of a photographer at some point. I prefer doing that! (Y)

In summary, from 8.30am till 1.40am, I was out of my home sweet home. Tiring? Yes.

Gosh, I really like Satou Miki's voice! Her voice always moves me, making tears gather without fail. So powerful and strong, yet gentle. How rare is that?! No Clouds in the Blue Heavens is currently my favourite, after Semai Sora.

I'm just quite disappointed that she is still kind of a nobody in Japan despite her voice! She's quite sweet looking with a cute personality. This just shows how difficult opportunities come. She needs her big break! Man.

Just finished a tutorial due tomorrow at 2pm, (Y). I can only say, that's quite a lot for something sent so late, Mr. T! You sent it at 7.30pm to our class rep, which emailed that to us at like 10.30pm? And assume that we can complete it, not mentioning the 1hour video we have to watch to be able to complete the assignment? (I so did not forward and finish it in 20mins.)

Meeting tomorrow at 1pm is changed to Bishan! Yay! It saves so much time walking to the drive-in Mac in AMK! (Y)(Y)

Anyone wants to slack on Friday around 4+ in Bishan/my house to celebrate end of first week while I mourn over end of holidays? Then we can all mourn together for your second week and for my first week in school. ;)

Wow, my classmate has a brand new Audrey Hepburn, if I'm not wrong, tattoo on his inner left arm. Didn't really catch the name nor saw the tattoo facing me, up-side-down. Him having a tattoo is not totally surprising. Who knows? :)

I heard he spend a bomb on it, $650, if I'm not wrong again. Shocking price, but the tattoo is indeed quite well-done. Kudos to the tattoo artists for not screwing up. Imagine wanting to have one of the greatest actress ever on your arm, and it comes out like she just had plastic surgery or worse. Poor guy. It reminds me of the website where they showed like 10 screwed up tattoos.

I passed journalistic, 40/70, surprisingly. It's a C, however, the shocking thing is that the others whose command of English is better than me failed. Mr. Azhar is bias, they say and I kind of agree. Maybe like those who rock fail, and those who suck pass? That's why I'm in the pass segment. *shrugs*

Disappointed in multi-cam production; everything went well, except that the camera work were quite bad, I'm sorry to say. :S

We had someone who didn't follow the cam-cards, thinking that he is a genius when actually he is not. Improvising was quite good for the other two Mr. Cameras; just that some shots were out of borders. And I'm sorry that my shadow stole the limelight for a while. -.-

Finally, I did something that I have been putting off for AGES. Which is to send SPECIALLY chosen contact pictures of the Aunties to my phone. HAHAHA.

All I can add is, Bella and Yanhong are lucky. Fangrui too, since hers was there since 1923. :) I'm bias towards Juitwen, I realise. I have 2 pictures of her, and I'm deciding which one to use. ;)

School was alright, one test down for this week. One more tomorrow and one project due. I'll be also rushing Mr. Edwin Tan's project tomorrow, which is due the following day. But Friday is off for me! :D

Argh. I think I didn't save my previous tutorial for Market Research. Damn it. Although I still can remember the answers, but I had extra notes in it! And the lovely test is tomorrow. 20% weightage, so exciting. I think I'm screwed.

People might look the same, but personalities and ways of thinking are ever-changing. Who invented the word 'forever' anyway? Such a loser who has no confidence in maintaining his life as he wanted it but trying to protect it with a single word to no valid. Boo, sing the loser cheer!
